A shuttle that takes you from and to the airport and to the mall. Also, both drives were very nice. The breakfast could use a waffle or pancake maker, but there were many types of food I have never had offered at any other hotel. All the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the guy housekeeper was very nice when I needed extra towels. If I return to the Mall of America, I will definitely stay here. Getting free hot Chocolate was a nice plus too.

The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, providing a great start to our day. Its location is ideal, with convenient access to the Mall of America, IKEA, and the airport. I recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great! We had breakfast two mornings. The Breakfast area was clean and plenty off food for all. From the front desk, breakfast staff to those cleaning the rooms, the staff were all very helpful and so nice. We also enjoyed the pool area. Clean and plenty of room for guest to relax and play.
